New features in the app
Our task and defect management app 123quality now offers additional features that make work much easier. The user creates an export template with the app’s integrated editor, which can be designed like a Word document. They can import their own VOB-compliant cover sheet, including pre-print and post-print, define placeholders for additional information such as the construction project, client, etc. and import their defect and obstruction notifications to send them to the subcontractor. This makes work considerably easier, as the existing VOB-compliant templates can be used and time-consuming reworking is no longer necessary.
In addition, time-consuming follow-up work on documents, orders and invoices is a thing of the past, as users can assign them directly to the right process at the touch of a button. They benefit from seamless documentation and can access it from anywhere, at any time and from any device of their choice. With the intelligent search filter, they can quickly find all the required processes. Thanks to the form function , users can easily copy and standardize the reports and configure and adapt new templates. And exactly when they need them. All previously entered content is transferred directly to the construction site documentation. Save, file, sign – done. This means that the user always has an overview.
