With 123fleet , 123onsites now offers a portal for construction companies to efficiently automate construction site allocation and equipment performance recording. In addition, the construction company receives a transparent overview of the most important equipment in real time.
The core of the system is the manufacturer and location portal-independent integration of all open telematics and manufacturer portals. This standardizes the current position of the construction equipment in 123fleet. Based on the performance and location data of the equipment and the projects stored in 123fleet, the system automatically determines the equipment hours and intelligently assigns them to the corresponding construction sites.
The portal supports automatic billing through interfaces to common commercial systems. As the application is browser-based, the only requirement is an Internet connection and access to the machine data. The product is available at a price of €199 per month plus VAT and includes connections to ten tracking devices. Additional licenses can be booked. In addition, an unlimited number of vehicles can be mapped manually without a tracking device.
123fleet displays the entire fleet in an intuitive map view. The visual processing of the equipment running times makes it possible to plan the fleet more economically. If, during service recording, the equipment is located on a construction site whose position is stored in 123fleet, it is automatically assigned. The program evaluates construction site situations individually so that a booking can be made without manual intervention. This means that the construction company always has an overview of its equipment – it can see where it is and what service it is currently providing. Automatic recording and booking of services means that an up-to-date cost overview is always available.
As the Time tracking of Equipment can be automated by using 123fleet, not only is the error rate reduced, but also the manual workload, which means added economic value for every construction company. The booking of machine times on construction sites takes place without critical delays, as these are transmitted in real time.
