Save time and document clearly

Efficient property management is becoming increasingly important in order to optimally document maintenance, refurbishment and renovation orders and to hand them over electronically to janitors, contractors and facility managers for processing. In addition, acceptance reports for apartment handovers, including meter readings, number of keys and damage to the property, must be created on site and distributed to the parties involved.

The Lohne-based software company 123onsite has an answer to all these tasks. 123quality supports and simplifies property management, regardless of whether it involves repairing damage, renovations or tenant changes. This means that all documents and deadlines are stored centrally and ready to hand at all times.

Once the property has been created with the associated data and participants who should have access to the information, the client creates freely configurable types of tickets in the administration interface according to their requirements. These can be tasks, damage to be repaired, renovation work, file notes, supplements, remaining services, etc. Plans can be stored and photos can be placed on them. In addition, the client can invite tradesmen, janitors and facility managers to inform them of upcoming tasks and track their completion.

Whereas the user previously had to laboriously gather all the relevant information from different sources and track the transfer of data to the subcontractors, 123quality does this in a single step. This saves a considerable amount of time.

At the same time, the entire process of digital task recording, tracking and rectification is clearly and comprehensibly documented. This leads to a significantly higher quality of execution and no more activities are forgotten, as the client has an overview of all deadlines. Checklists and forms, which the user can tailor precisely to their needs, provide support.
