123onsite was previously known primarily as a construction site app, but from 2025 we are opening a new chapter. We are developing into a platform for construction companies of all sizes that not only digitally maps construction site processes, but also commercial processes. In focus: the new calculation functionwhich will be available from January 2025 and will help companies to create quotations efficiently and professionally.

Why calculation is the key

Costing is the starting point for every construction project: What will the implementation cost? What resources are required? Large companies often use ERP systems or specialized accounting software for this. Both rarely work without extensive training.

 

This is exactly where 123onsite comes in: With our new feature, we make digital costing intuitive and accessible.

What does the 123onsite calculation function offer from January 2025?

We offer you the following features right from the start:

Intuitive quotation creation: Simply enter items, define quantities, units and prices – and a professional quotation is created.

Cost element and building block catalog: Frequently used services such as “Exterior wall timber frame construction” can be saved as building blocks. All details – from formwork to personnel deployment – are stored and automatically transferred to the quotation.

GAEB import/export: Tenders in GAEB format can be easily processed and provided with prices.
