First NEVARIS Finance, then 123onsite
Eight years ago, the high quality of the construction payroll module and the strong market position in the area of finance for medium-sized construction companies in the DACH region were key factors in the decision in favour of NEVARIS, as Marlon Kuhnert, Head of Process Management and Digitalization at Josef Hebel, reports.

123onsite is primarily used for digital Time tracking on the company’s construction sites. An extension to deployment planning and construction site documentation is already underway or firmly planned.
The smooth data transfer between 123onsite and NEVARIS, which was made possible by a professional interface integration, as well as the support provided by the NEVARIS consultants was perceived by Marlon Kuhnert as excellent – only when it comes to making appointments, early planning is recommended, as the process is extensive.
Employee involvement as a success factor
One success factor for the implementation was the structured involvement of the workforce in the entire digitalization project. The employees affected were informed comprehensively by email in advance. Targeted training courses were also held – both for users on the construction site and for their supervisors. The 2024 training concept with NEVARIS met with great interest: A total of 284 registrations demonstrate a strong level of commitment within the workforce.

NEVARIS is used company-wide in day-to-day operations, while 123onsites is currently used specifically by industrial employees and site managers. “This combination ensures consistent and structured mapping of Staff and project processes,” explains Marlon Kuhnert.

The digital recording of working hours directly on the construction site has proven to be particularly efficient, as Kuhnert explains in concrete figures: “The effort involved has been reduced by around half compared to the previous manual recording of hours.” Mobile recording ensures accurate daily data, makes payroll accounting easier and largely eliminates the need for subsequent processing of hours. Thanks to the clear and intuitive design of the software, everyone involved benefits from the transparent handling of processes.
