This is how the software for construction site equipment works
Device locations
On the map you can see the location and movement radius of all your Equipment. Locating and assigning is done to construction sites that are stored in 123onsite or can be newly created in the Equipment module.
Device information
In the digital device overview, you can easily record and centrally manage inspection dates and device information. Test certificates can then be stored directly in the system.
Device performances
Keep track of the power and idle times of all your Equipment. The data is transmitted to 123onsite by the integrated telematics of the manufacturers and by the modules of telematics providers.
Automatic data acquisition
With automated device acquisition and maintenance, the data from the different location systems of the device manufacturers is automatically merged centrally in 123onsite. Based on the device data collected via telematics, the movement and performance data are always up-to-date. In interaction with the maintenance management in 123onsite, you are automatically reminded of upcoming motion- and performance-based inspection and maintenance cycles.

Things to know about digital equipment and construction machinery management
You need access to your interface from the manufacturer or the tracking provider, sometimes for a one-time or ongoing license fee.
We have interfaces to all common manufacturers (e.g. Hitachi, Liebherr, Wirtgen, …) and tracking portals (e.g. geoCapture, CTRACK, TrackPilot, …).
Depending on the requirements, it is basically possible to set up further interfaces.
The location license is a limited operating data license. I can choose one or the other, but I can’t put both on one device.
The additional licenses for the add-ons “location” and “operational data” can be added to all price tiers (Free, Standard and Pro).
The equipment module offers the same range of functions as 123fleet before. Thanks to the breakdown into three price tiers, the user only pays for what is actually used. With the free tier, you can get a good start with limited features.
The Location and Operational Data telematics licenses in the Equipment module can be used at all price levels – Free, Standard or Pro.
