123onsite scored as one of the most comprehensive time tracking apps. 22 companies had taken part in the survey conducted by the Handwerkskammer Frankfurt-Rhein-Main on the topic of “Digital Time tracking / Time sheets“. Our app scored well on all criteria. Four selected apps were presented by the respective manufacturers in a webinar offered by the Handwerkskammer on September 22 – we were there, too!
The questions asked included hardware requirements, the different recording criteria, allocation of times and material to construction sites, cost centers and cost units, GPS location recognition and vehicle data recording. Companies should also indicate other features they offer such as payroll, vacation scheduling, Photo documentation, Construction diary, Defect recording, Forms / Checklists. Interfaces and export options, as well as information on the location of the data, data backup and data protection, and training options (on site, online, via chat, by video) were also included in the evaluation.
